I have wanted a firebird for a long time.but I can't see 1500 bucks for a gibson. Samick Acoustic Guitar Model LF-009 38' 30.00. Speaking of tokia, There (is/was) a tokia firebird on t neck. Man, I never thought i would be considering the purchase of a korean les paul knockoff.after owning an Electra in the 70's (what a horrible guitar.tuners, sound, fit, playability.you name it, the Electra sucked in it). guitars are the worlds largest guitar manufacturer, making most other name- brand guitars, and they make their own guitars as. the birdseye maple top is really unique and you would have to get a "les paul elegant" to get that in a gibson. The samick les paul is cheap enough (300 bucks) that i won't have to sell my '66 strat to buy it. I really don't want to part with that guitar even though I would make alot of money off the sale. I have had the strat since i was 16.it was 10 years old (that should give you an idea of how old a fart i am.). So if you are looking for a good, solid, dependable, great sounding & playing new guitar for a low price, I would not hesitate to recommend the. I have been offered a real good price for the strat. But in the 100-500 price range, I believe these GB guitars are worth every penny and the Samick company stands behind them with lifetime guarantees on many of the models which is impressive to me. Selling as-is, would make an awesome project to restore.

I was going to sell my strat ('66 model) and get a les paul. Ibanez offers electric guitars, bass guitars, acoustic guitars, effect and pedals, amps, plus guitar accessories like tuners, straps and picks. There are a bunch of no-longer-available models lineups from Samick that regularly turn up used, and I do mean quite a few old models - many of which were short-lived.
